My eyes are dark...People often mistake them for brown, and they do have brownish flecks in them, but they're kind of gray, kind of blueish, greenish depending on the light, but definitely dark...

Hmmmm.....my mother asked me if Sierra was Tim's because of the eyes. That's kind of rude of her to ask that IMO.

Ooh, Sue, they sound pretty! Well, they're small, and I'm the most myopic person I know, but they're not too bad in the right light... I have this thing where I ask people I know if I could try on their glasses to compare eyesight...Well, mine are still the worst...I've always wanted to ask Robby if I could try on his glasses to see if he's as blind as I am...Maybe next meet and greet if I have the guts to do it...He'll probably think I'm crazy!

Do it, Sue!!! DO IT!!! Hell, it's probably better than some fucked up "OMG, CAN I LIKE TOUCH YOUR ASS!?" request. (and, HiG, in before "assman"....*glare*)

Mine are blueish gray. My mom and brother have green and my dad has brown and then I come along with my gray/blue eyes. My mom loves them but I kind of wish they were darker or at least bluer, they remind me of stone.
I heard from one of my teachers that all blue eyes people are releated. Like they stem from the first two people who had the gene or something but I don't know how credible he is.

Sounds like an interesting theory. I wonder how the mutation came about to start with? If brown is dominate where did the recessive trait show up strong enough to be passed on?
And it sounds like your eyes are the same color as my son's because stone sounds about right. They were bluer when he was a baby.
