Thanks, that was good...I can't believe someone aked him what kind of gum he likes though...I remember a few IM members wanted to ask John that question...
His take on music piracy is different...Personally, I have no problem buying music in it's various forms, but have a hard time making it to shows for a variety of reasons...I wish that artists could make some money of CDs or itunes downloads...

Cool article. I think Dave's done some forward thinking as far as piracy goes. I mean, in an ideal world, people will legitimately purchase singles/albums every time, but what's happened has done irreversible damage that can never be erased. Even still, no amount of pirating will ever replicate the concert-going experience so there will always be that catch for them piraters.
Ironically enough, I read somewhere that it turns out that those who illegally download usually end up spending more in music in general than those who legally purchase music.
