...that's how Rolling Stone referred to Starsailor when they reviewed their debut album, Love Is Here, back in 2000.
Regardless!!! I was hooked, and so I'm pimping them, for just a second. Their fourth album, All the Plans is due out in March, and is available for pre-order through Amazon and Starsailor's own official site. I've already ordered mine! ;D
Here's the first single: Stay With You Tell Me It's Not Over

Mm...I'll pass. I can't stand his voice. Plus, the band name makes me think of this:

I recommend "Fever", "Good Souls", "In the Crossfire", and "Alcoholic".

I listened to "In The Crossfire", "Alcoholic", "Four to the Floor", "Silence is Easy", and "This Time" and I'm kind of indifferent about them. They're not bad, they're not great(in my opinoin). I did like the video for "This Time" though. I was really hoping I'd get into them, I need some new music, but it didn't work. Ah, so dissappointing.

Aaaand, I know I didn't really win anyone over to their side, but... I just have to say: My God. Their new album is the best they've done. I am so pleased with it. If I'm even half this pleased with the Dolls' new one, then... We're in good shape.

I like it! I'll check out some more songs of them on YouTube. His voice sounds a bit like Broder Daniel, but less depressing.

If you can find "Listen Up" from the new album; that one's great.
And, thanks for trying 'em out!
