I remember the short dream I had the other night. I was at the carnivale and I went to see a fortune teller and she told me I can make one wish and it would come true, so I wished for Johnny to sing to me and he just appeared playing Acoustic #3.

I had a dream last night that I went to Toronto to see Johnny at an outdoor concert, and he was singing Black Balloon, but then he saw all these fans with their paper and pens out for autographs, and their cameras out, he stopped singing midway through the song. He just said, "I can't do this anymore, I give up."

Aww, Sue... That's so sad. I actually had one, and it was, basically, LiB x 100... It was supposed to be this kickass concert, and everything just kept going wrong.

I was so happy to hear him sing Black Balloon while I was in the first row, then I was so sad at hearing his despair and wanting to give up. Mostly I was just angry at the fans that were asking too much of him. I blamed them the most...hmmm...dreams are strange and interesting sometimes, aren't they?

I just had the craziest Goo dream last night. Up to now I still smile when I think of it. ;D
I don't know how it happened but in the dream, I was the keyboardist for the band. So we were on tour when, in the middle of the set, they suddenly fired Brad (I know, crazy huh?). And so I was asked to take his place as guitarist. The next song was Name so I panicked. Really bad. I excused myself and went backstage coz I had to talk to a fellow Goober to ask for advice. We both decided I should tell them I couldn't do it--I'm only an average guitar player.
So I told this other woman in the dream (I took her to be the band's manager) that I couldn't do it and of course, she was so mad at me. Then John came in and heard about it and was really pissed (he was scowling but he was wearing a beanie in the dream, which made him look funny lol). Then a huge argument followed, which ended when I told them I'm backing out coz I didn't want to ruin their performance.
Then they miraculously found another guitar player and continued their set. I can't recall where Robby and Mike were, though. Then the concert venue suddenly changed into my previous school's soccer field then I suddenly realized it and went, "OMG!!! They're in my school!!!". Then I ran to the side of the stage with that Goober I was with to see the rest of the concert. It started raining and then they played Here is Gone. And then I was happy. ;D
The End. *bow* Dream interpreters, feel free to analyze. ;D

Gah! I would have died if John asked me to play Name! It's like the one goo song I can play! Well, except the solo but I'm getting there. I know how to do Black Balloon too but I can't figure out the tunings anymore and I know how to do Acoustic #3 but I'm not great at it yet.
Err, going on tour with them must have been fun! Even if you didn't stay through the whole thing. Here Is Gone in the rain sounds interesting. Sounds like a pretty good dream overall. I'm kind of wondering where they've gone in my mind because I haven't a gooey dream in forever.

Well, the only thing with Acoustic #3 is I have to get faster at it. The thing with Black Balloon is that I can't get it to sound good. If I use the guitar in normal tuning it doesn't sound right but if I do it the way the book says to do it, itdoesn't sound good either! My instructor did it by ear when he taught me and I never asked/he never said what he made the tunings so I have no idea how to get it back there again.
Oh yeah and John retreated back to the corners of my mind the night before last for a stupid instant. First, I dreamt that, for some reason that I have no idea why, I got his Picasso tattoo. Probably the worst thing I could've done since that thing is gigantic and I would be killed if I ever came home with a tattoo. Second, I was in the front row of a concert. John was doing a weird intro to Broadway that does not exist. I was trying to take pictures of him and he stopped in the middle of performing and just stood and gave a big smile, the perfect photo conditions, and I think I got knocked into by someone and it ruined the shot. Then I tried to take more and my mom took the camera away claiming there was a loose part and wouldn't let me have it back until she fixed it, and she never fixed it. Then all of a sudden the scenery changed and I was watching John doing a round version of Slide with two girls and an extremely gay man. Yeah, like I said it was STUPID.
