ya know, if there's one thing i've learned about guitar it's that playing a song the absolute correct way isn't always necessary for the song to sound good. as long as your having a good time playing it then it doesn't matter how you play it. guitar is one of the few instruments that gives you several options to play songs and have them still sound awesome! but, if you like to learn the absolute correct way, then go for it. but for me, if it sounds good it's good enough for me. ;D Yeah sometimes when it sounds okay to me, I go for it but sometimes I can be obsessive and would not want to play it unless it's in the proper tuning. But Goo tunings can be crazy like that so I get frustrated and then yell, "Damn you and your crazy tunings, Rzeznik!". ;D And yeah ISH, Acoustic 3 can be really tricky to play; I'm still trying to get the rest of the parts right. And when I usually start singing along with it, I lose my focus and then would have to start all over again heehee ;D Do let me know if you figure out how to play BB in standard tuning (which might turn out to be kinda hard, I'd guess). And hey, that was a pretty weird dream you had. Anyway, I think I really should pay a lot more attention to my guitar playing though. Life's gotten busy and I haven't been playing as much as I used to but I hope I'll be able to pick up where I left off soon.

I had a dream where I went to France for no reason and this old classmate told me about this article on the Dolls'. I was out of the loop for a while and it was on the new record. It said that this would be the first record in a while with more than a threshhold of 3 songs - he has 6 on the new record and it was due out in July.
Fuck, if only that were true....

Oops. I meant to write that the record had 6 Robby songs (my dream didn't say how many John had). Oops. Guess I was still sleepy when I wrote that.

I had a short Gooey dream the other day. Actually Goo related. I drempt my step-brothers ex won a radio contest for Goo tickets and she asked me to go with her. She lives in MN so I had to drive there. I was on my way there and my daughter woke me up. I was so pissed.

Then Johnny says he needed a shower so he left. Well I needed to go do something and I went outside and when I came back and opened the door to come back in I see Johnny standing there with his back to me with a towel on and it was NOT covering everything. I just stood there looking. He has a really nice ASS. LOL I wonder what would have happened but my husband woke me up. I was so pissed.

I have had two Goo dreams: 1st one: I was walking in the mountain near my house and looking towards the river that was covered with ice. Then I noticed some guys playing on the ice (Live in Alaska, lol) and they were the Goo Goo Dolls. I remembered that they are having a concert the next day and I was all excited. Then I woke up and I was still excited because I thought it was real but... it wasn't. 2nd one: I was in my hometown and the Goos were playing in front of my mom's shop. Great concert. After the concert I was walking on some country road and I saw Robby and Mike wandering in the middle of a field. I went to them, I said something and they said something to me. Then I continued walking on the road and I saw John chopping wood. I arranged a picnic and they were picnicking with me. And they spoke Finnish. Sorry for the grammar errors, it's 2 am here. Haha great excuse.

Finnish Goo. I wouldn't have any idea what they're saying, but I approve.
