Okay. There's been threads similar to this on other Goo boards, so I'm just importing it....
Who would you want to open for the Dolls on tour?
Dream Tour: Tonic, Everclear, Goo Goo Dolls (can't happen, Tonic's no longer together)
From past acts: Life House, Third Eye Blind, Goo Goo Dolls
A mix of old a new: Starsailor, Third Eye Blind, Goo Goo Dolls
Brand new: Emerson Hart, Better than Ezra, Goo Goo Dolls

The Lifehouse/Third Eye Blind/Goo Goo Dolls combo would be good.

EEH...I think a GGD/MB20 double headliner would never work. I don't know if it's just me but, I don't think Rob Thomas and John get along.
EDIT - Fuckin' typos. Ugh.

HiG... I once heard something to that effect.... And, see, my dream tour wouldn't work... Even back when EC was still a paralleling-threesome! I think Art and John might not work so well, either...

I don't like country, but they are amazing...I heard that they wrote like 150 songs but are having trouble picking a producer...They're probably having trouble deciding exactly what direction they want to go in since they're kind of a unique blend of bluegrass/gospel/country/acoustic/pop etc... My dream concert would be the Goo Goo Dolls with Bue October and Sarah Mclachlan
