I have this one weird question for you. I have never heard about this from John or from fans but... John in the Dizzy era has wore a shirts with red star. For example: I'm wondering.... and I fucking don't understand it. you know, this is a symbol of communism or nationalism. What do you think- is it an intentional activity or just accident?

I think a red star is a red star, not meant to be taken any further than the aesthetic design of the shirt.

I just think he likes clothes and tats that have stars in it. Not too long ago on ustream and q&as he wore that black shirt with the silver stars. He also wears a baseball hat with stars on it.
I would love to know if his tat with red stars and crown mean anything special or just a design he liked.

The jeans he wore in LIB had stars on them too. I think he just likes stars & being one. "Did you get to be a star?" The five-pointed star also is a symbol of the US air force & is the 'Star of India'.

Ooh. I loved getting stickers on my homework and tests as a kid. They like, validated my life.
Truth be told, I still love stickers.

Maybe if one ever goes through we'll get the bonus of him taking off his shirt to see them. Naw, I kid, I kid. An explanation is good enough for me.
